The Fusini Agricultural Farm has about 46 hectares of land cultivated with vineyards, an olive grove with about 1500 trees, cereals, sunflowers, a company vegetable garden, fruit trees, and a patch of mixed woodland.
It produces Maremma Tuscany DOC grapes using precious varieties such as Sangiovese, Vermentino Bianco, Merlot. The cultivated grapes are delivered to a local social cellar where we are members.

The olives are mechanically harvested: every evening they are taken to a trusted mill where they are crushed and pressed using a Cold Extraction process to produce our precious and aromatic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. For the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, various varieties of olives are used, such as Frantoiani, Leccini, Moraioli, and Pendolini, classic Tuscan varieties recognized by the IGP Toscano Consortium. In addition, we also produce seasonal fruits and transform them into fruit jams, which are then used for breakfasts, baked goods, and sold on-site.

In the 1990s, with the first regional laws, agritourism was born, initially with only rooms for overnight stays, and later in 2004, the AgriRestaurant service was also launched, only for internal guests with a half-board service (Breakfast and Dinner), and later also for external guests with dinners, lunches, banquets of all kinds, all cooked with company products such as wine,oil, meat, fruit, vegetables, etc. or from neighboring companies in compliance with the guidelines of Regional Law 30/2013.
