Every day at Agriturismo Fusini begins with a genuine breakfast prepared with fresh ingredients and products from our garden.
You can choose between sweet and savoury options: homemade cakes, fresh bread, jams, honey, local cold cuts and cheeses, all accompanied by our own extra virgin olive oil. A simple yet authentic moment to start the day with the flavours of the Maremma.


For those who choose half board, dinner becomes a true journey through Tuscan tradition.
Our Agrichefs Elisa and Patrizia prepare every evening typical dishes made with seasonal ingredients and zero-kilometre products from the vegetable garden lovingly tended by Enzo and Angelo. In winter, dinner is served in the warm atmosphere of our indoor dining room, while in summer it moves to the panoramic veranda or the garden, where the scents of the countryside and the song of the birds make each evening special.

Farm Restaurant open to all guests


Our Agri-Restaurant warmly welcomes external guests, offering an à la carte menu inspired by the most authentic Maremman cuisine. Each dish is carefully prepared using local ingredients that we grow ourselves or select from nearby zero-kilometre farms. From homemade pasta to seasonal meats and vegetables, and traditional desserts, every course tells the story of our passion for Tuscan cuisine and the pleasure of good food. Upon request, we also organize small banquets or dinners for special occasions, in a warm and genuine atmosphere surrounded by the Tuscan countryside.
