The prices refer to a maximum indicative price for 2 people. Always ask us for an offer for the period of your interest and for your family unit.
Check-in time: from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (or personalized by appointment via phone call).
Check-out time: by 10:00 AM.
Booking deposit: 30% of the total stay cost to be paid via bank transfer.
Cancellation: if made within 14 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
For late cancellations or no-shows, the full deposit will be forfeited.
During high season, bookings are considered valid and binding for the entire period of the reservation.
Early departures are a great inconvenience for us as they do not allow us enough time to fill the vacated room.
Therefore, in case of early departure compared to what was established in the reservation, we will charge you for the entire booked period.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. In the farmhouse, pets must be kept on a leash. Owners are required to collect their pets' physiological needs with the appropriate shovel and ensure that they do not disturb other guests of the farmhouse. Any damage caused to third parties and to the structure by pets is the complete responsibility of the owner.

Heating, water, electricity, gas, bathroom linen set, bedroom linen set, final cleaning. On the seventh day of the stay, all linen is provided for the guest to change themselves.
Daily cleaning and tidying service upon request for €10 per day per room, weekly cleaning upon request for €20 per room.

Respect the environments in which you are welcomed.
Remember that in our farm stay, we are obliged to change linen on a weekly basis. We invite you to use the available linen (sheets, towels, etc.) if a change is not necessary, in respect of the environment and "saving" not only energy.
Bathroom towels cannot be used for sunbathing.
Do not throw cotton or sanitary pads in the toilet.
Be careful when lighting fires.
Do not make noises that may disturb other guests.
If you want to invite friends, please inform the owner.
Please vacate the accommodation by 10:00 am.
Do not leave lights and air conditioning on when you are out.
Do not leave valuable items unattended in the farm stay.
Please inform us if you have any food allergies or intolerances.
