3.2 Optional purposes (require consent)
Sending informational material, offers, and news from Agriturismo Severini via monthly email communications.
Processing takes place only if the user selects the specific marketing consent checkbox.
Legal basis:

Lack of consent does not in any way affect the use of the website or the submission of the availability request.
Data processing is carried out using electronic and telematic tools, in compliance with the principles of:

Data collected via the availability form: retained for 1 year, the time necessary to manage communications and bookings.

In the event of withdrawal, data may be retained solely within the limits necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights of the Data Controller.
Subscription to the newsletter does not include double opt-in.
