🌻 New rooms and apartments
We are pleased to inform you that following the acquisition of a neighboring company in 2020, we have built
new apartments at our property. The company consists of a farmhouse and two agricultural outbuildings, immersed in a territory of about
15 hectares of Tuscan land.
We are proud to announce that in August 2022, we inaugurated the ex-Ente Maremma farmhouse, completely renovated and converted into four apartments of about 40 square meters each. Each housing unit is equipped with a
double bedroom, a
bathroom, a
living room with a
kitchenette and a
sofa bed, comfortably accommodating from
2 to
4 guests.
Furthermore, in
May of this year, one of the two agricultural outbuildings will be inaugurated, which has been transformed into a
small annex consisting of two rooms, each with a
private bathroom and an
independent entrance. Guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the centuries-old towers and mountains of Uccellina.
