Monte Argentario

Monte Argentario

Monte Argentario is a promontory located in the southern part of Tuscany, Italy. It extends into the Tyrrhenian Sea and is connected to the mainland by the natural sandbars of Giannella and Feniglia, as well as an artificial causeway linking it to the town of Orbetello. The two inhabited centers of Porto S. Stefano and Porto Ercole, once mainly devoted to fishing, are now renowned seaside and harbor resorts.
